Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within:
- Abu Dhabi
- Dubai
- Al Ain
- Selected surrounding areas within the UAE
For deliveries to remote locations, including Fujairah, parts of Sharjah, UAQ, and Abu Dhabi Western Region, additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us directly for a custom delivery quotation.
Delivery Schedule
We offer three delivery time slots daily:
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for eligible flower orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Due to seasonal demand and delivery capacity, some delivery slots may occasionally become unavailable.

Product Availability & Substitutions
Plants and flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, or appearance from the images displayed on our website.
While we strive to ensure that every bouquet, arrangement, plant, and gift closely resembles the product shown online, minor variations may occur based on seasonal availability and stock conditions.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns or replacements if:
- The item delivered is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival.
- The item received is significantly different from the item ordered due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Natural variations in plants, flowers, or handmade arrangements.
- Products that have been used, repotted, planted, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Artificial plants, pots, accessories, or decorative items that are not defective.
Reporting a Defective Item
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the product showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
Our team will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
